SIMS.net Support
The SIMS.net support we offer is an engineer to act as the schools link to Capita. The school will have to purchase a licence for their SIMS.net software from capita and this comes with basic support for software 'features' that are sometimes undesirable to be fixed. The engineer can perform upgrades to Capita's software carry out any maintenance and keep the school apprised of any relevant changes to SIMS.net. The engineer can also use their knowledge of the SIMS.net system to aid the school in using the software (e.g. helping develop reports or advise on how to use the less regularly used functions)
