RecTrack has been designed to be easy to access and easy to use. The systems administrator will normally be an auditor. He/she can easily populate RecTrack with information from audit reports, they can add users, departments, audit reports etc.
Report Summaries
Queries are easy to set up and save. When a query has been saved it can be run as often as you wish.
Audit clients will find it easy to monitor progress of agreed actions. By doing so, they will ensure that control effectiveness is improved.
Training is available for users of RecTrack and should take no more than an hour or two for most users.

Audit Managers can use the reports from RecTrack to inform the Audit Committee, easily and effectively. Reports are available by department/directorate; by audit report; by action owner; by client manager. Reports can show the number of completed, partial, outstanding actions. Reports can be summarised or detailed.
